Change user settings. Prefix flags with a "-" to disable them or a "+" to enable them.
Flags:
AO Enable or disable autoop
AV Enable or disable autovoice
ECHO Turn on or off partyline echo
P<level> Change protection level (0-4)
If disabling, level is not needed.
SH Enable or disable sharing the user
Example: USER owner +sh +ao -av
Enables user sharing, autoop and disables autovoice for user "owner".
