Sorry me again...i forgot to include this in the original post. But i need a way to make the bot authorize with nickerv(ie msg nickserv identify password) and the only way ive seen this done is by using a tcl script. But i use freebsd and it appears that energymech does not yet support tcl on freebsd. so am i shit out of luck?

ofcourse tcl is supported on freebsd, its just that the configure script is a bit old and fails to recognize newer tcl installs so you have to persuade it with a hammer or an axe.

PLEASE_HACK_MY_SHELL is a setting to enable the generic "tcl" script command, with it you can execute anything, inevitably leading to your shell being hacked if you give out access to it.
