Posts: 54		check the USER command: Add a user: USER + <handle> <*\|channel> <nick\|mask> <level> [password] Remove a user: USER - <handle> (from the help information)

Posts: 1		In the "Guide to EnergyMech 3" listed under the Help section of the site it lists add ad the proper command for adding users. This was misleading for me, but luckily I found this forum post. Other people might not be so fortuanant to come across this if they were confused like me.
