can you modify uptime cmd to print this ?
time up X days, XX:XX, X user, load average: X.XX, X.XX, X.XX (emech uptime & cpu usage).
The answer from the emech to be via notice, default cmd access 100.

load averages arent really accessible via a single standard interface so to
support it in the base code you would have to write special code for every
kind of system it would run on, linux, freebsd, solaris, windows (barf),
aix, darwin, etc. who will write it all, you?
